Pugh
Managing Director & Founder
Jeffrey founded Pugh Computers in 1981 and continues to lead the business with the same curiosity and passion for technology that started it all. An early adopter by nature, he’s always exploring how emerging tools can make work smarter and more connected. Outside the office, Jeffrey enjoys travelling, discovering historic places and experiencing ultramodern cities and architecture.

Price
Business Development Director
Mark is the Business Development Director, working across partnerships, strategy and the development of bilingual AI services that help customers adopt modern technology with confidence. As a senior member of the Executive team, he works closely with the Managing Director on both daily management and long‑term direction. Outside work, Mark is an IoD Wales Ambassador and a passionate Manchester United and Wales supporter.

Geraint
Williams
Operations Director
Geraint is the Operations Director and one of our longest serving team members, bringing decades of experience and a meticulous attention to detail. He oversees our financial operations, including monthly management accounts, annual reporting and cash‑flow management, and works closely with external accountants and banking partners to ensure strong governance. Geraint also leads our back-office functions, compliance activity, and business risk oversight. Outside work, he enjoys walking, watching cricket and rugby, and supporting his local football team.

Evans
Technical Director
Eifion is the Technical Director, helping customers find the right technology solutions in a clear and accessible way. Known for being approachable and patient, he specialises in turning complex licensing and technical questions into simple, practical guidance. He joined Pugh in 1995 and has built deep expertise in licensing, Microsoft and cloud technologies. Outside work, Eifion enjoys football, watching his grandson play and supporting Chelsea FC.

Lewis
Relationship Director
Barry is the Relationship Director, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise customers, vendors and strategic partners. He also oversees inbound sales activity and plays a central role in supporting the wellbeing of the wider team. Known for his deep knowledge, people skills and steady, supportive approach, Barry is highly respected across the organisation. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his young son and daughter.

Jenkins
Director of AV and IT Services
Elfed is the Director of AV and IT Services, specialising in modern workplace hardware, hybrid meeting room solutions and internal infrastructure. Since joining in 2006 after graduating in Internet Computing from Aberystwyth University, he has progressed through several technical roles and now leads the AV and IT functions with deep expertise across Microsoft, Sophos and Modern Meeting Spaces. Outside work, he enjoys family life on the farm, supporting his rugby‑playing sons and singing with the charity choir Bois Y Gilfach.

Davies
Sales Director
Aled is the Sales Director, responsible for developing outbound sales and expanding our customer base across education, public sector and commercial organisations. He plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy, assessing new opportunities and ensuring that commercial decisions support sustainable and profitable growth. Aled is a University of Wales, Cardiff graduate. Outside work, he enjoys family time, serves on Aberaeron Town Council - where he was mayor in 2024 - and relaxes through sport and playing the guitar.

Rees-Jones
Credit Controller, HR and Finance Assistant
Angharad joined Pugh in 2024 and supports the Finance team with Sales Ledger payment reconciliation and credit control. Friendly and conscientious, she ensures accounts are managed smoothly and assists customers with any queries. Her background spans finance roles and 20 years in early years education. Outside work, Angharad enjoys baking, gardening and walking.

Bari
Morgan
Management Accountant
Bari joined Pugh in 2001 and has worked across several areas of the business before moving into Finance and Operations, where he manages the Purchase Ledger and leads the delivery of key management information to support strategic decision making. Earlier in his career, he was a professional footballer with Swansea City and later captained Aberystwyth Town, making over 300 appearances including European competition. Outside of work, Bari enjoys family time, running and coaching youth football.

Morgan
Sales Account Manager
Ceri is a Senior Sales Account Manager within the Solution Division, acting as a trusted adviser to customers and helping them navigate the Microsoft portfolio and wider technology landscape. With over 20 years of experience, she focuses on understanding customer goals and guiding organisations toward the right solutions. Outside work, Ceri enjoys socialising, walking and watching sport.

Berkshire
Sales Account Manager
Eldi is a Senior Sales Account Manager specialising in creative software sales for Higher Education, Further Education and sixth form colleges. Motivated by helping people, she enjoys understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right solutions. With over 20 years at Pugh, she has developed strong expertise across a wide range of creative products and licensing options. Outside of work, Eldi enjoys playing badminton and walking the coastal path.

Hamid
Uddin
IT Technician
Hamid joined Pugh after completing work experience through Coleg Ceredigion in 2024 and is now developing his career as an IT Technician. He has completed AVIXA professional training and Microsoft studies, giving him the skills to support customers with IT queries and advise on modern meeting space solutions. Hamid has also contributed to our ISO 27001 work and is highly regarded by both customers and colleagues for his calm, helpful approach. Trilingual in English, Welsh and Bengali, he enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures.

Gerwatowska
Revenue Growth Manager
Monika is the Revenue Growth Manager, aligning Sales and Marketing and building strong partnerships with vendors to drive strategic business plans. A Business Management graduate from Aberystwyth University, she brings strong numerical and analytical skills to her role. Originally from Poland, she now calls Wales home and enjoys spending time with her family, walking and travelling.

Sales Account Manager
Nathan joined Pugh in 2004 and brings over 20 years’ experience in software licensing and account management. He is responsible for the Microsoft and Solutions Division business in the southern territory, supporting schools and colleges and helping them navigate Pugh’s portfolio of products and services with clarity and confidence. Known for his friendly, straightforward approach, he focuses on making technology choices easier and more cost effective for customers. Outside work, Nathan enjoys live music, sport and improving his golf handicap.

Sales Account Manager
Owen is a Sales Account Manager at Pugh with responsibility for creative software sales to schools and charities, while also developing outbound sales opportunities across the SMB sector. He enjoys understanding customer challenges and helping organisations choose solutions that genuinely make a difference. Approachable and customer focused, Owen likes online gaming, travelling with his girlfriend and spending time with friends outside work.

Operations Manager
Peter works within the Operations team, managing Sales and Purchase Order Processing to ensure customer orders and supplier purchases are handled smoothly and efficiently. With over 25 years of experience at Pugh, he is known for his reliability, attention to detail and commitment to keeping workflows running seamlessly. Outside work, Peter enjoys travelling, live music and following his hometown team, Southampton FC.

Shaun is the Property Manager, overseeing properties and ensuring that lettings, tenant relationships and property upkeep are managed smoothly and professionally. His role includes coordinating maintenance and renovation work, managing contractors and supplier negotiations, and working with external professional advisers on property-related matters. Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Shaun enjoys spending time with his family and fishing outside of work.

Marketing Manager
Thomas is the Marketing Manager, leading creative content and campaigns that connect customers with the right solutions. He leads on strategic marketing initiatives, turning ideas into engagement and new business opportunities. A Cardiff Metropolitan University graduate in Product Design, he has strengthened his expertise with CIM professional marketing qualifications. Outside work, Thomas plays for Llanon FC, enjoys travelling and spends time with family and friends.

Sales Account Manager
Tom is a trainee Sales Account Manager at Pugh, supporting the Creative Team for Schools & Charities with renewals and helping customers find the right software solutions through a friendly, consultative approach. Since joining Pugh after graduating from Cardiff University, he has been developing his sales skills through structured training and hands-on experience. Outside of work, Tom enjoys football, spending time with his dogs and catching up with family and friends.
