As an umbrella organisation for third sector and community groups across Gwynedd, Mantell Gwynedd needed a modern hybrid meeting space. The solution had to support flexible working for their team, be easy for external groups to book and use, and reflect their strong commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.
Our Approach
Pugh worked closely with Mantell Gwynedd to design a solution that would serve both internal and community use. Ease of use, accessibility, and long-term value were prioritised, alongside compatibility with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Welsh language training was provided to ensure inclusivity for all users.
The Solution
We designed and delivered a tailored hybrid meeting space including:

A Yealink 4K presenter tracking camera, ceiling microphones, and premium speakers.

Onetouch join for Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings.

A remotely height adjustable screen to ensure accessibility for all participants.
