Project Overview
Llanddewi Brefi Community Hall wanted to use modern technology to strengthen a small, remote rural community. The aim was to create a flexible, inclusive space that could support meetings, youth activities, training, and community events - while opening access to opportunities beyond the village.
Our Approach
Pugh designed a solution that could adapt to many different uses and users, ensuring the technology would be easy to move, adjust, and share. Training was delivered bilingually in Welsh and English, helping volunteers and community groups feel confident using the system from day one.
The Solution
We supplied and installed a highly flexible hybrid meeting and collaboration system:

A SMART 75” interactive display on a mobile, heightadjustable stand.

An allinone Yealink camera, microphone, and speaker system.

Integrated computing with Microsoft Office and shared user access.

Optional additional camera equipment to support recording, training, and analysis.
The system can be used at desk height, low level for younger users, or raised for large audiences, and moved between rooms as needed.
