CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

Canolfan Cymunedol Mynach

Project Overview

Canolfan Cymunedol Mynach, based in Devil’s Bridge, Ceredigion, had recently completed a high-quality restoration of its historic chapel building. The next step was to introduce modern hybrid meeting technology that would support local groups, attract new users, and allow people to connect whether attending in person or remotely.

Our Approach

Pugh worked closely with the Centre to understand how the space would be used daytoday by different community groups. Rather than jumping straight to equipment, we invited the team to our Pugh Experience Centre for a live demonstration of a modern hybrid meeting room, helping them see how simple and effective the technology could be.

The Solution

We delivered a flexible, accessible hybrid meeting setup designed for a large community hall:

  • A large, height-adjustable interactive display so everyone can see and participate.

  • Hybrid video conferencing using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • Touch enabled whiteboarding for presentations, workshops, and realtime collaboration.

  • A high quality Yealink camera and audio system to ensure all participants are clearly seen and heard.

The system also supports wider community use, from meetings and classes to film nights and events.

The Result

We take the time to understand how spaces are really used before recommending technology. By combining thoughtful design, trusted partners, and local support, we deliver solutions that feel simple, inclusive, and genuinely useful for the communities they serve. The result:

  • A modern, inclusive space that brings people together locally and remotely.

  • Easy-to-use technology that builds confidence for all users.

  • Reduced travel time, costs, and environmental impact.

  • A future-ready community asset supporting long-term sustainability.
