• Automatic Publishing to Third Party Learning Management Systems. Publish directly to third party content and learning management systems, including the Blackboard Learning System, to fully leverage the value of your content.
• Automate and Remotely Manage the Presentation Capture Process. Administrators can schedule the Capture Station to automatically start and stop the capture process at predetermined intervals with the Accordent Event Scheduling & Notification Module. Integration with leading room control and automation products from AMX™ and Crestron™ allow users to control the capture process from touch screen control panels.
• Extend Presentation Value - Once a presentation has been created, it can be published to a custom content portal, and be categorised by the type of content or by date. Viewers may access content directly or utilise Accordent’s sophisticated search technology to access content from a custom content portal. Search queries can include: presenter names and titles, content descriptions and dates.
• Presentation Editing - The Capture Station also allows a presenter to edit their live presentation before publishing it on demand. These editing features include:
  - Adding or removing images
  - Changing the timing of synchronised images
  - Adding, removing or editing chapter timings within the presentation.
