Educational Boxed Pricing:

The box program is available for customers wishing to buy fewer than 10 licenses. Licenses are perpetual and no upgrade paths are available. A server is required when 9 or more licenses are used concurrently. Maintenance is not included and is not available for this program.

Educational Volume License Agreement (VLA):

VLAs are the best route for customers wishing to buy more than 10 seats of Filemaker software. Additional licenses can be purchased in singles and an upgrade path is available. The license is perpetual and is delivered electronically. Maintenance no longer needs to be bought separately as it is now included in the VLA price.
