Pugh wins prestigious Adobe award

Pugh Computers is celebrating success after winning the 25th Anniversary Recognition Award at Adobe’s first Channel Star Awards.

The Adobe Channel Star Awards were launched in 2007 to recognise the outstanding support Adobe receives from UK software distributors and resellers.

The first award winners were announced in March 2008 at an exciting awards evening hosted at the exclusive Dolce venue in London and Pugh Computers were among the winners. More than 150 Distributors and Resellers celebrated the success of 2007 as Adobe’s first Channel Stars were presented with awards by Craig Tegel, Adobe Northern Europe Managing Director.

“2007 has been a tremendous year for Adobe in the UK and much of our success can be attributed to the hard work of our channel partners,” said Julie Murtagh, Channel Sales Director, Adobe UK. “I congratulate all those winning partners that have been a part of Adobe’s UK success story in 2007. They have demonstrated that they deliver high quality solutions and have many satisfied customers.”

Jeffrey Pugh, Managing Director of Pugh Computers responded to the news by saying “We are very pleased to receive this prestigious award and Adobe’s recognition of our professionalism and the service we provide to our customers in the Education and Voluntary sectors.”

Other winners on the night included Amazon UK, Computers Unlimited, Computer 2000 Distribution Limited and Ingram Micro (UK) Limited.
