Iona joined Pugh Computers in September 2000 to work within administration as a clerical assistant.

Born in Ceredigion, Iona is a mother of two and a fluent Welsh speaker.

During her spare time, Iona enjoys walking and spending time with her family. She also helps with the local 'meals on wheels' service.
