Elfed,
who has recently gained a BSc in Internet Computing
at the University of Wales Aberystwyth, joins our technical
team as IT Support Engineer, providing customer and
sales IT support as well as looking after day-to-day
operations of the internal network.
He
is responsible for pre and post sales telephone support
including the maintaining of the network and security
infrastructures. He also acts as an additional resource
to the sales team.
He
brings with him several years experience in IT consultancy
including a period with the National Library of Wales
(Aberystwyth) as their IT Administrator. He has most
recently been involved with his own consultancy providing
training and troubleshooting.
Elfed
is an active member of Felinfach Young Farmers Club
where he regularly competes in sport, drama and public
speaking competitions. In his spare time he enjoys building
PC's and helping out on the family dairy farm. He is
also actively involved in the annual Rugby 7's.
