• PhotoStudio Toolbar - The QuickFix Photo Studio, Filter Gallery, Instant Artist and Extract Tools are just a click away with the new PhotoStudio Toolbar. This intuitive new addition is on hand whenever you need it, sitting alongside the Standard Toolbar just above the Context Toolbar.As soon as you load an image in PhotoPlus, this incredibly useful Toolbar gives you instant access to PhotoPlus 11 Studio Pack’s powerful range of image correction tools, numerous filters and artistic effects, as well as the flexible Extract tools that enable allow you to cut out specific portions out of your image. Locate the exact tools you need more quickly and easily than ever with the simple, yet effective PhotoStudio Toolbar.
  
• Documents Tab - The new Documents Tab displays thumbnails of the open image files and clicking on a thumbnail loads the required image into the main editing screen. If you need more workspace for editing, simply minimize the Tab and maximize it again when you need to select the next image for editing. Thanks to the new Documents Tab, you can now spend more time working with your images and less time trying to find the one you want!
  
• How To Tab - Help is immediately on-hand with the new How To Tab, which hosts topics describing commonly used image-editing operations. Learn about the different tools and their uses without interrupting your workflow. Simply browse to the topic you need and put the advice into action for great results – fast. If you do need further guidance on a particular feature, the How To topics link through to fuller descriptions in the Help files, giving you instant access to the information you need. There are also links to related Tutorials, making it simple to learn all the concepts and techniques you need in order to create your own photographic masterpieces.
  
• Swatches Tab - If you use the same colours in your designs frequently, you can now add them to the Swatches Tab for easy access every time you need them. Especially useful if you need to design company logos, club or society emblems or website graphics in PhotoPlus 11 and need to use colours consistently to achieve a professional look. There are also a range of Themed Palettes available in the Swatches Tab, containing ranges of complementary colours that will give designs a cohesive look when used together, as well as a set of Web Browser-safe colours for creating website graphics with confidence. Getting the right colour every time has never been simpler.
  
• Screen Capture - Capture any part of your screen, whether to grab an article off the Web to share with a friend via email, supply an image of a technical error message to a support team, or to use existing images as the basis for new designs. Allowing you to capture your active window, the full screen, a selected object or a selected area, and to specify a Hot key that you press to perform captures quickly, this fun and exciting feature offers a wealth of creative possibilities – if you can see it on your PC you can grab it!
  
• Layer Management - Manipulating layers in PhotoPlus is easier than ever. As well as being able to group layers together, you can now also select multiple layers using your ‘Ctrl’ key and group or link them together, making it simple to apply several adjustments or multiple effects in one go. It’s also now possible to drag 'n' drop layers between documents, duplicate layers by holding down the ‘Alt’ key and even duplicate layers across to a new canvas – great for working with multiple images. Enhanced Layer Management will make all your work with layered images quicker, easier and more productive.
  
• Tutorials - PhotoPlus’ comprehensive set of 25 rewritten and improved Tutorials offer step-by-step guides to tackling various tasks in PhotoPlus, including making image corrections and learning how to use filters to enhance photographs, as well as covering all the basic skills you need to get the best from your digital images. These colourful, graphically-rich, printable PDF Tutorials, are broken down into four categories: Getting Started, Basics, Photography and Creative Effects, to help you work through them in a logical order and get up to speed with PhotoPlus in no time at all.
  
• Projects - Get even more from PhotoPlus 11 with the comprehensive Projects available on the new Studio Extras DVD. The 11 Projects present more in-depth creative design challenges and show you how to achieve truly artistic effects with your images.
